“Sharon recommended that I undertake the Resilience Accelerator course as both personal and professional development. Having children who are in the mental health “space” myself and working in a combined HR/management/supervisory role with people from young teenagers aged 14 to adults of 70 plus in our supermarket business, I found the mental health training component fascinating and very relatable in both personal and professional domains. It has given me a much better understanding peoples behaviour and being able to draw upon my own strengths to work with people who need additional support in the ever changing workplace and society in general. I had a few light bulb moments when analysing my own reactions and the use of the “third space” or ‘taking a breath’ was a big light bulb moment for me personally.
In the second part of the course which is aimed more at effective management, the training and self-reflection required was again fascinating. Personally, I found that the self-reflection exercises challenging and they revealed a lot to me personally and I have managed to incorporate a lot of what I have learnt about myself into my everyday business practices.
The presenters were very knowledgeable and encouraged free flow conversation and a comfortable learning environment. The passion they all had for their chosen topics made learning easy. I would recommend this training to any manager looking to develop their skills and self growth.

“Our organisation has employed the ConceptRehab team on a number of occasions over the past few years to assist with resolving workplace conflicts and grievances, as well as to provide training and Employee Assistance programs.
I have found that their genuine care for people, and
commitment to restoring a healthy and happy workplace fits very well with our organisational philosophy. Feedback from our staff has been that their response is always empathetic and calming. Their understanding of workplace behaviours and ability to identify people’s realities has enabled client staff members to ground and re-group, equipping them with strategies to move forward.
From a management perspective the timely and
experienced guidance to our managers and supervisors has been invaluable. ConceptRehab is always ready and able to assist Council to support our workforce."

"We are a team of creatively motivated women from a small design business in Regional NSW.
We needed a boost to balance all that creativity and to
occasionally put down the pencils and get off our butts! Sharon Richens from Happy Body at Work was like a magic fairy that came into our office and transformed it. We were guided and inspired by Sharon's gentle words of
encouragement. We started standing up and stretching
regularly, undertaking walking meetings, thinking about
posture and habits and really thinking about the necessity of all that coffee!
Even though we finished the program some time ago, the habits have stuck and we constantly remind each other to ‘shine our lights’!
Anyone who is thinking about doing Happy Body at Work, stop thinking and sign up!"

"As a small business we were very pleasantly surprised at how flexible and accommodating Happy Body At Work was in designing our program to our needs.
Much of this can be credited to Sharon Richens, who
designed, delivered, followed up regularly, tracked and then reported on the program for us.
Great value for money, a great continuation toward healthy working and living for us in the long run.
"Sharon from ConceptRehab was an exceptional guest speaker in our final semester of study at CSU.
Sharon provided an engaging insight into her career and what is involved in Occupational Rehab. I particularly loved the onsite visits. The day was interactive and sparked interest from many students.
Sharon and her colleagues were approachable, passionate and knowledgeable, true leaders in the health industry and an example of the many different areas our studies can take us."
