We currently have a newly created full time role for a Physio | OT | Rehab Counsellor
Are you an experienced Physio, OT nor Rehab Counsellor ideally with 3 – 5 years’ experience, or a mature age graduate with a passion for Occupational Rehab? We are happy to train the right applicant that has a genuine interest in this area.
You will be dedicated and have exceptional attention to detail, you thrive on the challenge of juggling a varied case load and value respectful relationships within a work environment.
Based at our Head Office, Young NSW.
We service a 2 - 3 hour radius of Young, covering the Riverina and Central West NSW and so travel will be a big part of your role.
Depending on your skill set, you will conduct Workplace, Pre-Employment Functional Assessments and have the confidence to be involved with the Training services ConceptRehab provides. You will work with clients who have sustained work related and non-work related injuries as well as have the opportunity to provide onsite Physiotherapy programs for our employer clients.
You will also conduct Vocational assessments, work with our job–seeking clients to find new employment, manage
psychological claims and provide EAP services.
