I have a genuine passion for overall Workplace Wellbeing, and love helping my clients with successful, best practice strategies to have a profound influence on the culture within their organisations.
As a qualified Physiotherapist with many years of
Occupational Rehab experience, I enjoy the everyday
challenges of working in the Workplace Health and Safety/Injury management/Resilience space. I am also an ACDC accredited Mediator, specialising in workplace issues and Safety Leadership.
Some of my most exciting work over the past few years has come from being asked to partner with ABC Commercial and the Happy Body At Work Program.
Outside of work I am heavily involved in my local community and from 2013 - 2016 was the Chairperson of the Young
Relay for Life. In 2015 I had the privilege of travelling to
Tanzania as part of a volunteer medical team at The School of St Jude - performing medical checks on over 1800
children. I enjoy the challenge of the occasional tri-athlon and my twin teenage daughters are the other great joy of my life.
